The RegCure
Review
RegCure is
probably the most talked about registry repair program on the
market today, and when looking for the best Windows registry
repair programs through a search engine, you are likely to find
RegCure being thrown up as the top result, with plenty of
RegCure reviews as well.
Looking closely at the results you will find
that most of the reviews about RegCure are genuine, although
some are obviously fake, with reviewers never even having tried
the product. This is most likely due to the affiliate program
that means that those people buying RegCure through their link,
will provide some commission. As such we thought is was worth
giving an unbiased appraisal of RegCure, as we have no interest
in the commission payments and so we have produced this RegCure review.
To start with we decided it was best to
purchase a full version of the RegCure program and try it out
on our test machine. Our overall impression was certainly very
positive.
Our Overall Score – 96%

The Test Results
RegCure is only sold as an internet download, this helps to
keep costs to a bare minimum, as there is no need for
additional money to be spent on shipping and packaging. The
download is actually a relatively small file, and is fast and
easy to install on any machine, and by users with only limited
knowledge of computers.
Once installed, RegCure opened up a nice
looking interface that was very simple to navigate around.
There is good organisation to the program so there is a logical
progression around the whole program. You certainly don’t have
to be an IT technician to make use of it.
Scanning wise RegCure proved to be extremely
fast and can be completed with a simple click of the mouse. A
nice feature was the on screen tally of what progress has been
made from the scan. The results of the scan were impressive and
there were over seven hundred individual errors identified. All
these errors were listed in screen, allowing us to look through
the errors that had been found this allowed us the option to
either repair all errors, or pick and choose. It was also good
to see what types of errors had been found, although this may
only be beneficial to those with a good knowledge of
computers.
In most cases it is always a good idea to
repair all; RegCure has yet to identify any vital files as
errors on our test machine. In repairing all issues there was a
dramatic improvement in the performance of our machine. As we
restarted our machine the benefits were obvious when there was
a forty per cent improvement in start-up times, taking it to
under three minutes to restart. Once started up the lack of
errors and the faster response times were also obvious.
Additional Observations
We found many of the additional features within RegCure to be
beneficial to the performance of our machine. The back-up and
restore feature is good and vital at the same time. Although
RegCure is unlikely to make a mistake, the user is not immune
form causing problems, so just in case it is a great comfort to
know that we can restore the registry if needed.
The Start-up Manager is also a great feature
allowing us to pick and choose which programs are loaded during
the booting up of the computer. The fewer programs that load
up, the quicker the start-up is going to be. Some care needs to
be taken though to ensure things like firewalls and anti-virus
software are not disabled.
Another useful feature is the scheduling of
RegCure for future scans. This means that the user doesn’t have
to remember to manually start a scan, and can lead to a fully
optimised machine for most of the time.
Overall Impressions
There is no doubt that from our own experiences that RegCure is
the only Windows registry cleaner that meets all of our needs.
Our RegCure review has shown that it is easy to use, fast and
thorough there is no other product that comes that close to
beating it.
